4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Maintain accurate registration data.
  • Use Services lawfully (no spam, harassment, or illegal activities).
  • Obtain permissions when linking Third-Party Platform accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) and comply with their terms.
  • Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit Jazzb’s AI algorithms.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain rights to inputs but grant Jazzb a royalty-free license to process them for Service delivery.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Fees: Specified at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled ≥24 hours before renewal.
  • Refunds:
    • Free Audits: Refunded only for technical errors.
    • Paid Services: Refund requests within 30 days require proof of service failure. Exclusions: partial use, or Third-Party Platform disruptions.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

  • “As Is” Basis: Services are provided without warranties. Jazzb does not guarantee error-free outcomes, especially for Third-Party integrations.
  • AI Limitations: Outputs may reflect data biases; Jazzb is not liable for decisions based on AI insights.
  • Liability Cap: Jazzb’s total liability ≤ fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding a claim.

8. Termination

Jazzb may suspend/terminate access for:

  • Breach of Terms (e.g., data scraping).
  • Non-payment or fraud.
    Upon termination, licenses cease and cached Content must be deleted.

9. Privacy & Data Security

  • Data Handling: Governed by our Privacy Policy (compliant with GDPR/CCPA).
  • Security: Industry-standard protocols (e.g., encryption) are used, but absolute security isn’t guaranteed.

10. Third-Party Services
